Problems installing framework from Eclipse

    Hi!

       I have a weird problem here: two machines, both with the exact same
    versions of Eclipse and WOLips (and Mac OS X, etc). Same project on
    both. On my machine, I select a framework and choose Install in the
    Eclipse menu, and the framework installs perfectly. On the second
    machine, when I do the same, I get this:

    BUILD FAILED
    /Users/hidden/Documents/survs/code/EPPostgresqlPrototypes/build.xml:
    99: There is no root named '/' in [[Root: name = Project Local
    Frameworks; folder = null], [Root: name = External Build Root; folder

       Any ideias on what can be causing this?
