Allow desirable features such as special launch args or properties to disable the inclusion of /Library/WebObjects/Extensions in the deployed app classpath. This is annoying and means that deployment is not exactly the same as development enviroment. This standard "feature" of existing wobootstrap.jar is just bad practice and needs to be removeable.
