the maven eclipse plugins were breaking my custom SWT build ... looks
like they were causing a ClassCastException inside of the builder with
whatever combination of configuration settings the SWT plugin uses:
java.lang.ClassCastException:
org.eclipse.core.internal.registry.ConfigurationElementHandle . So if
you run into this doing PDE builds, try uninstalling the sonatype
maven plugin and see if that fixes it.
