The amount of time I spent twiddling to get pixel-perfect rendering on
those tab highlights was pretty sad ... it's a psychological problem.

This is what's most frustrating ... I think it looks dramatically
(ok .. well ... if you care about such things :) ) better for white
content and i think it looks like total ass for gray content, and it's
very hard for me to figure out what color the content is (because it's
all layered and nasty).
