    my wolips.properties have slightly different property names. Using
    your username it would look as:

    wotaskd.woa/WOBootstrap.jar

    wo.network.root=/Network
    wo.extensions=/Library/WebObjects/Extensions

    wo.local.frameworks=/Library/Frameworks
    wo.apps.root=/Library/WebObjects/Applications
    wo.local.root=/

    Try these if it resolves your problem.
