    Hi Lachlan,

I often switch between WO5.3.3 and WO5.4.3. When I am running from
eclipse using WO5.3.3 the app starts up fine. When I am running from
eclipse using WO5.4.3 I get the error message as you do. The solution
I find is to refresh the page in my web browser a few times and
eventually the requested application is found!

    Cheers

    Tim
