Latest nightly does not seem to have WO run configurations

They simply are not there. I can not create new WO app run config, nor
access existing ones. Is this being worked on, or broken? Shall I file
a bug report?

Tried with a fresh download of Eclipse. If I install the stable
distribution I get them. For both I do the same installation settings:
installing all the WOLips stuff but without JProfiler and Groovy
support.
