    Do you have ~/Library/wobuild.properties and/or ~/Library/Application\
    Support/WOLips/wolips.properties?

    It's looking for these.

    In their absence I /believe/ you can define in the pom's properties
    section something like this and it will ignore the file (I think).
    <properties>
            <wo.wosystemroot>/System</wo.wosystemroot>
            <wo.wolocalroot>/</wo.wolocalroot>
            <wo.woroot>/</wo.woroot>
    </properties>
