This seems just plain wrong to me .. Why are the resources folders
included? They're not source folders ... It seems misleading to do
this, and it messes with optimizations that we can perform (like not
searching source paths for eomodelds). It seems that by maven naming
convention, alone, it's wrong -- there is already a /java folder that
would contain java.
