No wobuild.properties file?

    I have a new installation of eclipse and wolips (3.4.5680) on Mac OS X
    10.5.6 and WOLips is not creating the wobuild.properties file. I think
    I should find it in ~/Library/Application Support, right? Could this
    be a bug or do I need to create this file?
