Unable to create new projects in Nightly

Selecting 'File->New->WebObjects Application' or other listed project types fails in the latest nightly. Choosing 'File->New->Project' and then selecting a project type fails as well and only creates an empty folder. Stable 5714 works as expected. Console.app shows an IllegalArgumentException followed by a NPE in system.log for Eclipse.
