When a WOLips Template Project is processed into a regular project, the template.xml file is deleted too late in the process. I want a file named template.xml to be available in my new project after the template is processed, but no matter what I do, it gets deleted, even if I name it template.xml_binary.

I'm guessing that the point at which it is deleted is far enough along in the process that the template.xml_binary has already been renamed to template.xml, so it get's deleted.
