[maven-archetypes] break out current woapplication-archetype rather than using lots of properties to generate projects

woapplication-archetype currently uses properties such as WonderSupport, WonderVersion, TrueWarSupport to determine the content of some of the files. However, this is not as intuitive for new users.
So I'll break this out into various archetypes (aka templates) for easy selection from a list. I'll also add some additional templates that weren't previously covered (such as for d2w, java client).
