Hi Greg,
We remove SNAPSHOT artifacts from the repository after a release is
made. We have released WOProject Maven plug-ins 2.0.17 last week. So,
there is no more 2.0.17-SNAPSHOT in the WOCommunity repository anymore.
As Lachlan said, it is not a good idea to rely on SNAPSHOT version of
plug-ins. SNAPSHOT versions prevent you from making releases and are
not reliable artifacts.
