Run script (from /Contents/MacOS/appstart) created on Windows platform does not work on Linux or MacOS

The cause seems to be in the ProjectFormat.copyFile function and the use of out.newLine() which is platform dependent.
The line separator must be '\n' for the Mac/Unix run script.
