Nope ... That works, but it's wrong. Imagine if you had two users on
your machine? The proper install is the Eclipse folder owned by
root:admin and your plugins installed in ~/.eclipse. I don't think
this is a HUGE problem (most people aren't sharing a dev machine), but
it's definitely wrong.
