EOGen UTF-8 to Mac OS Roman conversion

    Does anyone one know why, when my _Entity.java template is in UTF-8,
    generated classes are in Mac OS Roman?

    Also UTF-8 w/BOM causes three bad characters to appear in the generated
    class. UTF-8, no BOM does not, but generated classes still come out as Mac
    OS Roman.

    I am using VelocityEOGeneratorTemplates. I already went through the
    Preferences and set all encodings to UTF-8.

    Seems kinda strange.
