Eclipse not recognizing frameworks randomly

Sometimes eclipse is ignoring some frameworks at random, and is unable to resolve any classes from these frameworks. Once this happens, the only solution is to remove the framework from the classpath and add it again.

When I look in the list of Libraries, these frameworks are listed as "WebObjects Framework" instead of just "Framework"
