I downloaded a new copy of eclipse:
Eclipse SDK
Version: 3.4.2
Build id: M20090211-1700
Created a new workspace
imported the projects minus objectstyle....factories, EntityModler,
eomodeldoc.
closed the 3 projects:
org.objectstyle.wolips.apple.mavenintegration
org.objectstyle.wolips.groovy.ui
org.objectstyle.wolips.jprofiler.launching
launched the eclipse application with a new workspace name
created a project and model and tried reverse engineer.
Still getting exception:

Any ideas on what I can try next?
