A few week ago I did some tests on Eclipse 3.5 (not with WOLips) on
Linux which has GTK+ >= 2.18 and some windows doesn't show up (/refresh)
the workaround is to export GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS to 1 before launching
eclipse, ex:

export GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=1
/opt/eclipse/eclipse
