I had several projects opened, and didn't realize an EOModel file was open behind my main window. I right-clicked a project not related to the EOModel, and selected Close Unrelated Projects. All seemed fine. The next time I opened Eclipse, it tried to load the EOModel file which froze the state of Eclipse.
