    I also ran into this. I don't know how to set it to the correct path either.

    I got around this problem by saving
    http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd to the drive where the WO
    frameworks are located. e.g. I installed the WO in C:\ create
    C:\System\Library\DTDs\PropertyList.dtd.
