Can I offer a couple of observations? The "span" wrapper is no longer necessary for navigation tabs in Localizable.strings so long as the following default property setting is in the Properties file:
er.extensions.ERXNavigationManager.includeLabelSpanTag=true
Would it make sense to have an import statement in the default css class in ERModernDefaultSkin that imports something like "customizations.css" so that future changes to the default css can be integrated into a project without worrying about overwriting a project's customizations?
