    3.6 still uses wolips.properties just like it always did ... i assume that's what woswitch did? personally i would recommend a separate 5.3 and 5.4 workspace, or you can also set wolips.properties=wolips.properties.54 inside your build.properties. woswitch is kind of a baseball bat fix for that problem.
