Installed it, in ~/Applications/eclipse. First time I start eclipse, it was in the Java perspective, and Workspace Mechanics found "problems", so I "fixed" those, and restarted Eclipse. Even after the next restart, it was still in the Java perspective, I had to manually switch to WOLips.
