Last time I looked it wasn't worth trying. App Engine is stateless with no session based request routing, so you can't use component actions or get any of the benefits of EOF's snapshot caching or context based transaction handling, sessions are also quite slow because they are serialised to persistent storage.

You are better off using a real deployment environment that isn't hamstrung by these limitations.
