    It is very important to know the level of compliance with the spec. So we need a set of test cases that check an abstract standalone PersistenceProvider for compliance.

    I seeded this test kit: there are two packages corresponding to the spec interfaces under "cayenne-jpa/src/tests/java": javax.persistence and javax.persistence.spi.
