    In the whole WOLips migration, my wobuild.properties file was seriously out
    of whack. So the properties file was being found, but the wo.wolocalroot
    was set incorrectly.

    BTW, can anyone offer any suggestions how to debug an ant script? More
    specifically, how to see the values of the various variables in the script?
