    Most likely there is something wrong with the PB.project file.

    Try to do WOLips > Update PB.project from the project context menu.

    Have a look at the PB.project (in a text editor). Do you know (roughly)
    what it should look like?

    There have been some earlier posts on this list regarding this. Try to
    find those posts
