You can alternatively go to Preferences > WOLips > Build and tick the
box to auto-generated on build. I personally do it by hand when I
know there's been changes to the model by doing it as you're doing..

I find that this happens sometimes also. i.e., where double-clicking
on the model simply expands it in the project tree rather than
opening it in the modeler[1]. The work-a-round is to right-click (or
control-click) on the model and choose WOLips Tools > Open EOModel.
Or similarly, WOLips Tools > Open Entity Modeler.

    with regards,

[1] I find that sometimes when I've left Entity Modeler open, quit and restart Eclipse that I see two copies of the Entity Modeler icon in the top right corner. When attempting to close one of them, the other one cannot be selected and looks selected no matter which perspective is selected. The only solution I've found for this is closing all perspectives and opening them again. But even then double clicking EOModels won't work immediately. That requires a further restart etc.
