org.eclipse.jdt.*.pref and wolocalroot changes

After importing projects into Eclipse 3.3 when there's a rebuild I
see the following changes in a number of the project files...

from org.eclipse.jdt.ui.prefs the following line was inserted...
anyone know what it means?
instance/org.eclipse.core.net/org.eclipse.core.net.hasMigrated=true

Also, a number of framework dependencies have been removed from
ant.frameworks.wo.wolocalroot. Why would that be?
