Eclipse/WOLips 3.5 static link validation error

    Hi:

    I have a few static links in my application which contain an '&'. The
    HTML validator sees them as errors, saying "The character & must be
    escaped."

    Is this a bug and can be fixed in WOLips 3.5.6049?
